Why can’t I get refund?

Make sure your participant project is refundable.

Why can’t I claim token?

Make sure phrase Distribute started and you have available token to be claimed.

How is allocation for Guaranteed round calculated?

Total BUSD raise = (amount BUSD allocate for Guaranteed round) + (amount BUSD allocate for Community round)

Allocation = (User ticket / Total valid ticket) * 100

Amount BUSD user can buy = Allocation * (amount BUSD allocate for Guaranteed round)
